Karen Fredricks To Write MICROSOFT BUSINESS CONTACT MANAGER 3.0 FOR DUMMIES

Boca Raton CRM consultant and trainer, Karen Fredricks, was selected by Wiley Publishing to write Business Contact Manager For Dummies, a $24.99 paperback scheduled for publication in January, 2007.

John Wiley Publishing chose Karen Fredricks to write the book following the success of her three previous ACT! For Dummies titles, all of which are available at all the major book retailers. Fredricks is also the editor of a nationally published contact management newsletter.
Fredricks specializes in contact management database software. These programs are designed to combine calendar, contact and communications functionality with sales tools and reporting capabilities. Fredricks said she didn’t have to change her style much to explain the new Microsoft product that will be included with most versions of Outlook 2007.

"The For Dummies books have been so successful because of the foolproof formula developed by Wiley," said Fredricks. "This approach is so similar to my own instructional style that writing this book was both a rewarding and fun project. After specializing in the ACT! contact management software program for so many years, it’s great to offer readers a look at alternative products."
