SC consultant launches website to make vacation travelers safer on the highway

Annette Estes, a South Carolina trucking coach and consultant, has created a website and newsletter for trucking companies seeking to put the safest drivers behind the wheels of their trucks.

Her newsletter is designed to teach trucking companies which truckers make the safest (and non-safest) drivers, based on their behavioral styles and values.

Estes is a Certified Professional Behavioral and Values Analyst. Her company, The Estes Group, conducted a Hiring Study in 2004, looking at commonalities between successful CEOs, Managers, Sales People, and Human Resources Directors. She has written an award-winning book, Why Can’t You See It My Way? Resolving Values Conflicts at Work and Home, which is in its 4th printing.

Estes also makes herself available for trucking company HR Directors, Safety Directors, and Recruiters who want to talk with her directly.
