Hanley Brown Group Represents Buyer & Seller in the Sale of Anaheim Hills Shopping Center for $7 Million

IRVINE, CA '" Hanley Brown Group, one of the most dominant retail investment groups in Southern California and a market leader in the exclusive representation of owners in the sale of retail shopping centers, announced today Edward Hanley, Gregory Brown and Jeremy McChesney of Hanley Brown Group, represented the buyer and seller in the sale of El Rancho Plaza, a 25,537-square-foot multi-tenant retail strip center in Anaheim Hills, Calif. The purchase price was approximately $7 million.

Situated on a 2.43-acre parcel of land at the intersection of Santa Ana Canyon Road and Fairmont Boulevard, the retail center is located in the prestigious master planned community of Anaheim Hills. The property is 100% occupied and includes tenants Capone's Italian Restaurant, Hibachi Steak House and South Coast Bank. The buyer was Remarc Management. The seller was Fairmont Plaza Partners LLC.
