Straightline and Restogrip are Two Tough Body Fillers.

The POR-15 Store would like to introduce two sturdy body fillers: Straightline and Restogrip. They are similar in that they are both produced by the well-known company POR-15, however they do have a few differences based on the type of application. Use the following information to determine which body filler is your best bet.STRAIGHTLINE has ultra-fine particles for perfect feathering of edges, and is manufactured under vacuum, which eliminates those pesky air holes that tend to surface with other fillers. It's more flexible, tougher, and able to tolerate higher temperatures than other fillers (you can even use it in a bake oven!) Use STRAIGHTLINE BODY FILLER for steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, fiberglass, and many plastics. Give it a try.
STRAIGHTLINE sticks to POR-15 Rust Preventive Paint incredibly well! It has 30% more resin than other fillers, which are loaded with too much talc. STRAIGHTLINE is much more flexible than other fillers and is ready to sand in 20 minutes or less. There is low absorption, so that paint doesn't soak into the filler, which yields better paint coverage.
RestoGRIP Body Filler from POR15, is specifically designed for applications that require more strength, such as bridging holes, or filling high-stress areas. RestoGRIP Body Filler is loaded with tiny polyester fibers, which makes it many times stronger than ordinary body fillers.
Use RestoGRIP™ with POR-15®, to make permanent repairs to rust holes or deep pits in steel or galvanized steel. Then, use STRAIGHTLINE™ BODY FILLER to finish off the repair for the ultimate smooth final finish.
After you've worked so hard on your car, does it make any sense to use an inferior body filler that costs a few bucks less? Both STRAIGHTLINE™ and RestoGRIP™ are supplied in special tins which house the body filler in the bottom and the re-sealable hardener in an insert tray on top….no separate tubes to lose.
