Any Time Wholesale announces they will be increasing their wholesale inventory levels by 25% for the 2005 season.

Thorndale, PA / Jan 23 '" Any Time Wholesale (A subsidiary of Leo Business Group, Inc.) today reported it would be increasing their general inventory levels by 25% for fiscal year 2005. The inventory increase will affect all three primary categories; watches, watch batteries, and watch displays.

"This inventory increase will further assist efforts in reducing our overall sales losses due to backorders. While our backorder rate is less that 2% of our total gross sales, we still felt it was an area of possible improvement.'� Stated Michael DiLeo, President of Any Time Wholesale and COO of Leo Business Group, Inc. "We know that backorders are frustrating for our customers and we fully expect that this inventory increase will virtually eliminate all future inventory shortfalls.'�

The inventory increase is scheduled for completion by March 2005. The increase is expected to cause a brief reduction in cash flow for 1st quarter, but not expected to impact earnings.
