SupportTrio Help Desk Version 2.6 Released

Chicago, IL - May 28, 2006 – ActiveCampaign, Inc. today announced the immediate availability of SupportTrio Version 2.6. Starting with version 2.6 a number of “ajax” enabled features are implemented into the integrated PHP help desk solution. The new version's extensive list of added features and improvements include: Spell check, when proprietary LGPL project (ActiveSpell) is turned on it allows for spell checking in the admin and public ticket post areas; Live viewing indicator, static (on page load) viewing indicator a standard feature has been replaced by a live viewing indicator- see who is entering/exiting the ticket along with who is currently viewing the ticket; Live typing indicator, alerts you when another admin/operator is typing on the ticket you are currently viewing ensuring that two admin/operators do not reply to the same ticket; Auto-refreshing of the queue, beginning with 2.6 you will not notice a refresh of the main ticket view page as tickets are added or removed from the list without losing any checkbox settings in the process; Updated public/admin interface; Improved searching; and more.

Pricing and Availability
SupportTrio is available for immediate order and download through the ActiveCampaign, Inc. website. Pricing is $279 for a full owned license with no recurring fees. The full version includes no limitation on users, departments, etc. and the ability to create up to 10 satellite desks. A full leased license is available for $189 per year or $24.95 per month. A lite version with 3 users, 5 departments, 3 incoming POP accounts, and 5 satellite desks is available for $119 per year or $17.95 per month.
