THE KAVINOKY LAW FIRM ANNOUNCES NEW DMV HEARING SPECIALIST

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. — California-based criminal defense law firm, The Kavinoky Law Firm, announces the hiring of a new employee. Mark Morefield recently joined the firm as an experienced DMV hearing specialist.

Morefield is a graduate of Regents College, New York State University and is a former DMV hearing officer with extensive experience in administrative per se (APS) proceedings. He presided over more than 4,000 hearings at the DMV’s Driver Safety Office, including more than 2,000 APS hearings. He also has considerable expertise in fraudulent license issues, negligent operator matters and physical and mental reexaminations and hearings.

Because of his background, Morefield is able to help clients more thoroughly at the DMV hearing. His knowledge includes thorough and detailed understanding of all the laws and policies practiced by the DMV.
