Lehman, Lee & Xu Makes Presentation at Global Justice Forum 2006

Paris, France - May 26, 2006 – Lehman, Lee & Xu managing partner, Edward Lehman, made a presentation to some of the world's top litigators and trial lawyers in Paris, France. Mr. Lehman's presentation addressed overall trial procedures and court systems in China, and focused on the state of class action law within the PRC.

The Forum, in its second year, was organized by top US plaintiffs’ firm, Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, LLP. Speakers discussed national laws and developments with regards to plaintiffs' practice in France, Commonwealth Countries (Canada, Australia, UK), Latin America, China and the USA. The second day of the event focused on practice area issues related to Aviation Law, Product Liability, Human Rights Law, and Unique Problems in International Litigation.
