Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties Launches Investment Advisory Services Group

RALEIGH, N.C. - Billie Redmond, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties (CBCTMP), has announced that the firm has launched an Investment Advisory Services Group. Kellam Ames and Malcolm Lewis, commercial investment brokers at CBCTMP, will lead the group that provides investors, including family trusts and large funds from across the nation, with investment expertise and analysis for properties in the Triangle.

“The Raleigh-Durham area is one of the fastest growing markets in the country. Many analysts are comparing the potential of this market to Atlanta 10 years ago,” said Redmond. “It is our goal to use this growth to help clients from outside of the area find better commercial investment opportunities than may exist in other markets.”
