Scottsdale, Arizona - Some 100 dogs and 250 of their people showed up to walk the 35 foot grass walkway in
style at Canine Divine’s premiere event, “Style, Swag, Slobber & Stars” Thursday night. From min pins in tiaras
to bulldogs in couture, everydog got a taste of the high life while celebrating the opening of the newest boutique
for the four legged set.

More than 50 animals showed up to audition for A1 Animal Talent, who were overwhelmed with the response.
“A1 Animal Talent was thrilled with the amount of talented dogs that attended the event. Canine Divine provided
a wonderful venue for discovering future stars.” says Cris Rankin, owner. According to A1, many were
selected for representation by the agency.

Arizona Animal Welfare League used the night to educate and entertain. Assisting them was Fitzgerald, a
friendly 6-month-old Terrier mix currently up for adoption, whom the crowd was enamoured with. 10% of the
nights proceeds will be presented to AAWL. “The partnership between Canine Divine and the Arizona Animal
Welfare League is perfect. Both organizations want the very best for our canine companions,” says Stan Levine,
AAWL board member who also attended the event.

All dogs were greeted by name and treated to Ben and Jerry’s new frozen dog snacks, Canine Divine will be the
sole distributor when they go on sale in June. Humans were rewarded with treats from Village Tavern, who provided
items from their menu such as thai chicken skewers. For dessert, people grabbed giant pink bone cookies
and sipped on pink lemonade.

Inside, guests lined up at the register for signature items like lobster treats, nail “Pawlish” and dog bikinis.
Great danes and chihuahuas tried on shirts that read “My Owner is Single” and “Chick Magnet”. On their way
out, everyone grabbed doggie bags including custom made treats by Roll Over Red Rover, a Canine Divine
bone stuffie, and nail “Pawlish” by OPI.
Canine Divine owners Lisa Abrams and Stephanie Rothman planned the Grand Opening as a thank you. “We
love using shopping as an excuse for people to get together with their dogs and we are so appreciative of the
support we’ve received from our patrons to make the store such a success in our first month!,” said Abrams.

Rothman followed, “Everyone was so well behaved, the dogs that is! The humans were busy shopping and eating!”
In the heart of Scottsdale at The Shops at Gainey Village, Canine Divine’s welcoming pink storefront features
1400 square feet of unique doggie debauchery including stuffed “iPaw” chew toys, sunbeds, spa products and
couture carriers.
