Nearly 1,000 tellers at Citizens Bank are now able to access a course administered by The Edcomm Group that will help them convert to a new system. The Citizens Bank acquisition of Charter One Bank, N.A, a long-term Edcomm client, resulted in a need for tellers to learn a new unified system. The conversion training is administered through eLearning, including Simulation for Tellers that focuses on procedures training to help make the system transition seamless to customers.Citizens Financial Group, Inc. acquired Charter One Financial on August 31, 2004, bringing the combined total assets to $131 billion.
