Nearly 1,000 tellers at Citizens Bank are now able to access a course administered by The Edcomm Group that will help them convert to a new system. The Citizens Bank acquisition of Charter One Bank, N.A, a long-term Edcomm client, resulted in a need for tellers to learn a new unified system. The conversion training is administered through eLearning, including Simulation for Tellers that focuses on procedures training to help make the system transition seamless to customers.
