tecmath AG / Blue Order names new CEO

tecmath AG / Blue Order, a global provider of Media Asset Management (MAM) solutions for media and entertainment companies and public institutions, announced today that Mr Kim Wiencken has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer in December 2004. This appointment completes the new executive board at tecmath AG, to which Mr Uwe Bingel was appointed as Chief Financial Officer earlier last year. Dr. Wilhelm H. Krüger, founder and entrepreneurial driver of tecmath AG, who has been its Chief Executive Officer for 19 years, will assume the position of Chairman of the company's supervisory board.

Mr Wiencken is a senior executive who has successfully managed enterprise software businesses at companies such as Oracle and SAP. Mr. Wiencken's last position was as director at SAP AG in Walldorf; before that he was Chief Operating Officer at SAP Nordic, where he was the architect and driver behind a successful transformation of the business.
