But the real test lies in the fact as to whether people will see enough value in the humorous content provided (and links to other funny sites) to look into who is behind it.
Really the owners are banking on the two following facts making a good marriage:
1)Everyone likes a little humor; and
2)Searching the web is the second most popular activity on the Internet.
Researchowl's service is actually providing people with personalized web searches detailing the direct URL links to relevant information relating to their search query.
So as the LaughWithResearchowl site is developed, how many people will see the hard work and effort that is put into the blog and look into who is behind it?
Or how many people will ignore the subtle advertising methods and just take the site at face value?
