McGovern vs. Rumsfeld: Former CIA Presidential Briefer Speaks Truth to Power, Makes his Case in Recently Published Collection of Essays on the War in Iraq

Last Thursday, Ray McGovern, a 27-year veteran of the CIA and former briefer of President George H. W. Bush, asked Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld why he "lied" to get us into a war in Iraq.
