ArcaMax Launches New Recipes Publications

Chefs of all skill levels looking for new recipe ideas and cooking tips will enjoy ArcaMax Publishing's improved Recipes section, one of many informative channels on the family-friendly publisher's Web site.

Subscribers to ArcaMax's Recipes e-mail newsletters, also known as "ezines," have their choice of up to seven days' worth of recipe ideas. These free ezines include weekly menu planners, healthy food alternatives, and classic dishes updated for modern chefs, as well as more traditional recipes.

ArcaMax Publishing CEO Scott Wolf is confident that readers will enjoy the many ezines the Recipes section has to offer. "When people go looking for recipes, they're looking for something new and different. We pull from a wide variety of sources, so our subscribers aren't going to open their e-mail every morning and see the same sorts of recipes all week."

The set of six ezines — available separately or as a bundle — include old favorites as well as two new additions. "Recipes by Zola" and "The ArcaMax Chef" are two reader favorites, featuring creative recipes as well as humorous commentary. Health-conscious readers will find a variety of low-fat, low-carb dinner ideas in the Healthy Recipes ezine, and those looking for quick ideas can plan ahead with the 7-Day Menu Planner.

The two newest additions to the ArcaMax Recipes section bring even more creativity to the mix. "The Culinary World," sent out every Sunday, offers a variety of information, including food trivia, answers to reader-submitted questions and recipe requests, and a new classic recipe every week. For comic strip fans, the weekly "Cheap Thrills Cuisine" ezine presents readers with recipes in an easy-to-understand comic strip format.
