Serves On Young Executives Marketing Panel
Jay McLamb Shares Marketing Advice With Young Executives

RALEIGH, N.C. – Suzanne Clifton, president of The Castleton Group, a full service human resources outsourcing firm, has announced that the firm’s COO and partner, Jay McLamb, will serve on the Young Executives Marketing Panel during a luncheon event at the Capital City Club from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on May 18. The panel is sponsored by the Young Executives Club, which promotes camaraderie, friendship and professional relationships for Capital City Club members under the age of 40. McLamb will discuss marketing business decisions and how they have impacted The Castleton Group. Other panelists include Ray Vaughn, senior vice president and COO of Crescent State Bank; Erika Mangrum, president of Iatria Day Spa and Charles Alexander, president of Alexa Corp. Linda Leake, president of execUchange, will serve as the moderator.

About Jay McLamb:
Jay McLamb is a native North Carolinian with 15 years of diversified management experience including positions as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). McLamb is a partner at The Castleton Group where he serves as CFO and COO. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University and is a licensed CPA. As an active member of the community, Jay participates in many civic and charitable organizations and volunteers with the Special Olympics. He is a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), where he serves on the Accounting Standards Practice Committee, as well as a member of the Carolinas Association of Professional Employer Organizations (CAPEO), the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and the NC Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA). McLamb resides in Raleigh with his wife Sonya and their three sons: William, Jon, and Galen.
