Los Angeles, CA, AR PR Marketing is taking over Hollywood. AR PR Marketing is known for working from A list Artist to NFL talent and throwing star studded Red Carpet events. Currently in production in Atlanta, GA. AR PR Marketing is over seeing the Unit Publicity for the Sony Pictures Film STEPPIN', starring Columbus Short (Steppin'' Up: Save the Last Dance 2), Meagan Good ( Deliver Us From Eva), Darrin Henson (Soul Food), and Shaffer Smith (Def Jam Recording Artist Ne-Yo). Directed by Sylvain White (TROIS 3: The Escort) and written by Robert Adetuyi and Gregory Anderson, STEPPIN' is being produced by Will Packer (The Gospel). Executive producing is Rob Hardy. Production is taking place on the campus of Morris Brown College, an HBCU institution.

STEPPIN' follows the creative art of steppin' where fraternities and sororities battle each other as a campus rivalry tradition. DJ Williams (Columbus Short) and his brother are expert street battle dancers in Los Angeles. After a particularly rough battle that results in his brother being killed, DJ moves to Georgia to attend Truth University. But his efforts to get an education and woo beautiful co-ed April Palmer (Meagan Good) are sidelined when he joins in his fraternity's effort to win a steppin' competition. STEPPIN' also stars Def-Jam recording artist Ne-Yo, Brian J. White and Darrin Dewitt Henson.

Steppin' is a modernized version of what was known as the African "Boot Dance". It has evolved to become a major aspect of fraternities, sororities and the African-American college experience. It was recently discovered by the art world and is now hailed as an important performance form. Steppin' can not only be seen on college campuses and in major competitions, but its exposure is widening – it can now be seen in commercials, music videos, musicals, the Grammy's® (Kanye West's performance) and now movies. STEPPIN' is sure to capture the hearts of those who already love it and amaze the eyes of its new found fans.

STEPPIN' is tentatively scheduled to be released in January 2007.
