New Delhi, April 30, 2006: ORG Informatics Ltd., (BSE: ORG Informat) a leading IT and telecom system integrator, today announced its unaudited results for year 2005-06. This announcement was made at the Board of Directors meeting held on April 27, 2006. ORG Informatics reported an increase in PAT (Profits After Tax) by 215%, to Rs. 8.61 crore from Rs. 2.73 crore in year 2004-05. ORG has recorded a phenomenal revenue growth of 84% from Rs. 85.69 crore in 2004-05 to Rs. 157.86 crore in 2005-07. Earnings per share (EPS) for 2005-06 also improved by 207% to Rs 7.36 as compared to Rs 2.4 in the previous year.

ORG Telecom Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of ORG Informatics Ltd, recorded as 503% increase in revenues to Rs. 36.06 crore in 2005-06 from Rs 5.98 crore in 2004-05. The Board of Directors have announced to raise USD 15 million through the process of GDR/FCCB/ADR/Preferential Allotment to achieve organic and inorganic growth of the company.

Speaking at the occasion Mr. Ajoy Khandheria, MD and Chief Executive Officer commented, “ORG's strong results were due to a strong operational performance in all markets and continued delivery of the group's extensive development program during the year. ORG's current customer accounts have grown well and we have also built a good sales pipeline. I see this translating to better revenues and profits in the quarters ahead.”

Recently ORG also announced Rs. 425 crore order from Bharat Electronics Ltd. (BEL) to implement and commission MTNL's Convergent Billing System.
