Woman from Southampton divorces husband for spending too much time on football website.

EatFootball.net has really been a labour of love for programmers and designers and mad footie fans, Saint and Statto.

Working part-time and fitting the site around their normal jobs, Statto confesses "I think the site has taken over our lives, and it is a shame what has happened to Saint's life over all this, but he seems quite chipper, all things considered".

Indeed, Saint recently faced divorce proceedings after his wife called a close to their relationship due to Saint spending too much time building the site. Saint says about the divorce "I just hope all the hard work has been worth it. I really miss my kids and my wife's cooking, but at the end of the day, EatFootball means I am always up to date with the latest Southampton FC news"

Statto has noticed no real impact on his social life as he had none to begin with, and said about the project, "It was interesting, to see how algebra and football could be used together".

When asked "what now?" the pair looked nervous and seemed taken aback by the question. Saint simply said "what do you mean what now? We err, have a football site and I'm gonna' use it."

Here's hoping they find something to do when the Season ends.
