Entrust America Appoints Myles Cairns As Chief Operating Officer

CINCINNATI, OH - Entrust America, Inc. is pleased to announce a promotion within its Executive Management Team designed to facilitate accelerated company growth. Effective immediately, Myles Cairns, Chief Financial Officer, adds the title and responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer. With his willingness to accept an increased role within Entrust America, the company felt it important to officially add this new title as recognition of his dedication and commitment to the Entrust mission.

Mr. Cairns is a Certified Management Accountant with over twenty-five years of financial, operational and management experience in fast-paced growth organizations and sales oriented ventures. He has successfully completed numerous public and private financings including three companies public through the IPO process and has significant merger & acquisition experience. He has previously been an integral part of corporate endeavors which have grown to have revenues in excess of $1 Billion annually.
Myles has been with Entrust America since November of 2005 and was instrumental in a number of initiatives that helped establish the lasting foundation upon which the company is being built. He spearheaded the acquisition of Benevations, Inc. and its proprietary bill pay technology. Myles directed the company’s move from a small office in downtown Cincinnati to its present 6,600 sq. ft. office facilities in Erlanger, Kentucky, conveniently located near the Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky International Airport.
The process of building a strong and fully scaleable infrastructure which can support the forecast growth of Entrust America is well underway with the operational leadership and guidance of Myles Cairns.
