Jets Marivent Set for RIBEX Show 2006

RIBEX International Boat Show, Cowes 12th -14th May 2006. The only international boat show dedicated to RIBs.

Jets Marivent, official distributor of BRP in the UK and Ireland will be exhibiting at this years RIBEX show on the Isle of Wight. They will be showing an extensive line-up of the revolutionary Evinrude® E-Tec outboard engines and show casing them in conjunction with a number of leading RIB builders along with Jets Marivent own RIB range.

Visitors to the show will be able to see for themselves why the award winning Evinrude® E-TEC™ technology is proving so popular with representation from each of the engine types exhibited for flexibility of choice.

The environmentally friendly Evinrude® E-TEC™ range, which as of autumn 2005 runs from 40 through 250hp, is described as a true revolution to outboard engine boating due to its extraordinary low maintenance and fuel economy. It has also been praised by institutions such as the U.S coast guard for its extraordinary low carbon monoxide emissions and recently added the prestigious U.S. EPA Clean Air Excellence Award to its honours list.

The 4-stroke 140 hp Johnson outboard is one of only a few similar ones on the UK market. This engine is as strong as it is smooth with 4-cylinders, dual overhead cams and 16-valves for impressive power and top-end speed; digital sequential multi-port fuel injection to deliver faster acceleration; and a 40 amp alternator to power all electronics, even at lower speeds.
