Caselogistix Names Roe Frazer New CEO and General Counsel

T. Roe Frazer II of Jackson, Mississippi has been named as the new Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel for Rocket Science, Inc., the parent company of Caselogistix. Rocket Science's Vice-President, Marty Mills, says that "Frazer will greatly enhance our marketing efforts with his excellent legal reputation and business experiences."

Prior to October 1, 2004, Frazer was a trial lawyer practicing for almost 20 years in various litigation areas, most recently as the managing partner of Frazer Davidson, P.A. in Jackson. "I am very excited and challenged to become a part of a company that is at the leading edge of law office technology. My job is to grow our percentage share of the discovery management software market. Caselogistix is the absolute best software product available for the litigator to organize, annotate, word-search, and master the multitude of documents necessary for putting together a winning case in the courtroom."

Frazer is a well-respected speaker in the legal arena, having served as a lecturer at various CLE seminars and lawyer meetings and conventions. He also has authored articles for various legal publications.

Frazer currently serves on the Dean's Advisory Committee at Cumberland Law School, and on the Board of Directors of Battle of the Borders Basketball Classic. Frazer is a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Habitat for Humanity 300, active in Wesley Biblical Seminary, and other charitable organizations in Jackson, Mississippi. He and his wife Sandy have two children, Chelsea (19 ) and Trey (17 ).
