Announcing The Entrepreneur CEO Program - Accelerating Small Business Growth

The E-CEO Program is limited to 25 entrepreneurs. It is designed to bring highly practical and directly applicable concepts to growing businesses and to help entrepreneurs run their business like CEOs. The E-CEO Program is intended for company founders/owners, who have more than 5 employees and in excess of 3 years business experience.

This course delves into relevant business topics pertinent to maturing businesses, such as business valuation; balanced scorecard development; wealth preservation and succession planning; strategic marketing strategies and best practices; sales process development and strategic planning. Participants will learn from local business experts, successful entrepreneurs and other class participants.
