mUrgent Names Marketing and Sales Veterans to the Team

Those joining mUrgent are: - Wayne Drinkwater is the CEO of mUrgent Australasia (www.murgent.com.au). Drinkwater opened the doors in Brisbane, Australia to mUrgent's international counterpart in February 2004. He is responsible for all EMPACT sales, and signing and training EMPACT resellers throughout Australia and South East Asia. Prior to joining mUrgent, Drinkwater worked in training and human resources for several large Australian banks and retail chains. He also ran his own change consultancy firm.
- Chris Conte, National Sales Director for mUrgent implements a national direct sales strategy for EMPACT, test marketing and outside field sales programs, which he has grown by 70% since EMPACT's initial launch in 2003. He oversees all EMPACT Enterprise account executives as well as mUrgent's support sales team. Conte has held positions in sales, marketing and management for some of the top private and public companies in the U.S., including Albertson's, Keebler, Frito Lay and America's Tire Company.
- George Hawkins, Director of Online Marketing, develops creative marketing campaigns and design solutions for mUrgent. He built mUrgent's online marketing services division, including all Internet traffic generation/retention operations, online advertising, traffic profiling and campaign performance reporting and analysis. He also launched the EMPACT Affiliate Network Program for add-on sales. Before coming to mUrgent, Hawkins worked for high profile companies such as AOL Time/Warner, BMW, Healthy Choice, Dewalt Hardware Products and Remax Realty.
