Rosemary District Firm First Choice for New Owner of Gold Bank Plaza

Sarasota, FL-Sarasota Advertising Agency, CAP Creative, has been awarded agency-of-record status for Triton Companies. Triton, a Michigan-based real estate development firm, recently, in partnership with RBS Companies, secured the largest real estate closing in Sarasota in more than a year with the purchase of the prestigious Gold Bank Plaza. The deal, valued at more than $40 million, includes the 11-story 125,000 square foot Gold Bank Building, an eight-level, 625-space parking garage, and two vacant parcels that are available for residential development or commercial office building. The firm will provide Triton Companies Design, Advertising and PR services.
