Hitchcock, Kolder and Perry Join mUrgent Board of Advisors

Santa Ana, CA – Three Orange County, CA retail technology, customer relations and marketing professionals have joined the Board of Advisors of mUrgent (http://www.murgent.com), according to company CEO and president, Boris Bugarski. mUrgent is the only e-marketing company to combine affordable automated email and wireless marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses. The advisors are William Hitchcock of Bottom Line Financial, LLC; Kathryn Kolder, founder and executive vice president of Fry's Electronics and Dr. Monica Perry, marketing professor at California State University in Fullerton. Tom Reese, mUrgent's newly-appointed vice president of business development serves as an ad hoc participant at the advisor's quarterly meetings. Bugarski says his company plans to add four more Board of Advisors members with practical experience in technology and enterprise software by December, 2003.
"The advisors all have real time experience that will help mUrgent implement corporate strategies developed by company executives and the Board of Directors. Their mission is to advise us on techniques for strengthening bonds between mUrgent and users of it EMPACT, Messaging You and mUrgent Alerts software and communications packages,' said Bugarski.
Hitchcock is CEO/CFO of Bottom Line Financial, LLC. Since 1985 he has specialized in corporate, partnership, trust and individual tax accounting. He was formerly vice president and CFO for PRCC Aerospace in Corona del Mar. He holds a LL.M in taxation and international finance from New York University and a J.D. degree from the University of California at Davis.
Kolder handles internal operations for the privately held, San Jose based Fry's retail electronics company. She manages legal, benefits, services, vendor contracts, risk management, loss prevention and collections, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She holds a B.A. degree in mathematics economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Dr. Perry regularly teaches marketing principles, marketing strategy and Customer Relationship Management courses at CSUF and has taught internet marketing at the Peter Drucker School of Management in Claremont, California. She was written articles on internet and relationship marketing for the Journal of Business Research and the Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management. She has also worked in business-to-business marketing for Nortel Networks, Inc.
