East Petersburg, PA — Fans now have an opportunity to bid for and win an authentic item from a celebrity they admire at a new specialty auction web site.

The site is the creation of Theodora Kutchar, who said she wants to help celebrities auction items they no longer want. All items offered on the site are authentic, and many are autographed.

"Celebrities often find that it is difficult to profit from their own personal belongings. Those items are in high demand from fans, so I created a way for celebrities to list for auction anything from an autograph to a house. They can list anything they want, and there is never any charge," explained Kutchar.

The new web site, http://www.AuthenticCelebrityTreasures.com, is also available to fans who want to list items and services they have for sale in the special classified section.

"All items listed for auction will be authentic and autographed. They will be the personal property of the celebrity involved, and the autograph will be a genuine original, not a reproduction. My goal is to provide an opportunity for fans to obtain an authentic celebrity treasure from their favorite star," said Kutchar.

"Anyone who is in any way affiliated with any type of media, whether it be Internet, stage, or screen, may list items for auction on the site at no charge, as long as the guidelines posted on the site are met," she added.

Celebrities may use the site for business or personal use, as well as for charity and fundraising purposes.

"Celebrities can take anything they no longer wish to keep, autograph them, and place them on the auction block for their fans to bid on. They can sell anything from their own merchandise or products, something they endorse, cars, clothing, furniture, house wares, jewelry, real estate, or even services such as advertising, consulting, fan memberships, tickets, and so on," said Kutchar.

The site contains a long list of categories of people considered to be celebrities who are entitled to list items for auction at no cost. The list includes politicians and athletes.

The sophisticated auction web site includes extra features like stores, various attention grabbers, music, font faces and colors, featured gallery listings, the ability to post more than one picture per item and classified ads.

"Celebrities, you work hard for your fans. Now you have the opportunity to let them bid on a special treasure that they can cherish for a lifetime," said Kutchar.
