Porter, TX (April 20, 2006)— Think your car has what it takes to be in an online commercial? Well, now you can find out. Royal Purple is generating the first fan-created commercial to be broadcast through VOD Cars via Video Podcast available through a variety of mediums including iTunes.

What is a Video Podcast?
A Video Podcast is a web feed of video films created by anyone (including you) that is placed on the Internet for anyone to download. Once subscribed (VOD Cars is free) to the feed, the files are downloaded directly from the web automatically into your media player. Podcasting's essence is about creating content (audio or video) for an audience that wants to listen when they want, where they want, and how they want.

Contest Details:
Log on to www. vodcars.com/royalpurple check out the rules and simply submit your video using the link at the bottom of the page. Royal Purple and VOD Cars will select the best clip and cut it into an online commercial for Royal Purple. In addition to bragging rights, the person chosen will receive a Royal Purple Performance Pak and a $500 check. The contest will run for one month and starts Thursday, April 13, 2006. The winner will be chosen shortly after the contest closes.
