BOB BECKER OF LEVITON MANUFACTURING CO. INC. APPOINTED TO CABA BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Inc. has been represented on the CABA Board for quite some time. Bob's background at Leviton and in the industry provide critical insight into the integrated network segment of our industry. His contributions to CABA's strategic vision will be invaluable."

Bob Becker is the Vice President and General Manager of Leviton Integrated Networks & Controls (LINC). Leviton Manufacturing Co., Inc. established the LINC business in 2003 to fully enable today's homes and offices with the latest in information, entertainment and control systems and create technology pathways to the future. Today the business provides residential solutions for every hole in the wall including structured wiring, lighting controls, home automation, entertainment products and core electrical devices.

Mr. Becker is responsible for the overall business operations and profitability and has taken a leading role in LINC's entry into the field of entertainment through alliances and internal product developments. Today the business manages sales through distribution, OEM, international and retail channels and is actively involved with builders, installers, and specifiers to ensure the company's long-term success in this area.

Prior to joining Leviton Manufacturing, Mr. Becker worked as a Management Consultant for five years helping companies achieve growth and profitability in a wide range of industries. He has also held positions with Duracell, Alcan, and Texas Instruments.

Mr. Becker has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester, a M.S. in Materials / Ceramic Science from Rutgers University, and a M.B.A. from Northeastern University. He is a currently a member of the Executive Board of Directors for the NEMA Lighting Systems Division.
