Women’s Week Activities Open for 2006

The Women’s Council of Greater Baton Rouge (WCGBR) has opened its doors for the 5th consecutive year and is now accepting activities for the 2006 Women’s Week Celebration.For the past four years, the Women's Council of Greater Baton Rouge has sponsored a city-wide luncheon, traditionally in September. The luncheon kicks-off a week of exciting and interesting events held to strengthen, showcase and explore the role of women in today's world. It is also a week for fun and entertaining activities with other women, thereby strengthing the bond among women in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas.
Women’s Week is a great way to showcase your organization or business in the community. Publicity, promotion and synergy will abound. WCGBR and the Greater Baton Rouge community wait expectantly for this stellar event and your inclusion.
Activity Registration forms for the 2006 Women’s Week Celebration have been distributed. However, if you have not received a registration form and would like to submit your activity, you may register online at www.wcgbr.com. The closing date for registration is the 15th of June 2006.
