Flex your K'Nex

The Flex K'Nex kits now available from kidEstore.co.uk (http:/kidEstore.co.uk/) are a new departure for K'Nex. They contain a number of normal pieces which are fully compatible with standard K'Nex, the extra twist (or bend really) is in the new flat panels. The kits are built flat around these panels and then when finished the kit is bent, or flexed, into a three dimensional model.

The panel gives a different feel to the builds, with a final 'reveal' twist instead of the gradual progress of most K'Nex models. They also allow the kits to take a much more stylish appearance, with solid curved panels rather than the usual strut'n'joint appearance.

In the standard Flex K'Nex we have the Flex K'Nex Construction Squad (http://www.kidestore.co.uk/knex-flex-construction-squad-p-147.html) Build 4 different models, or create your own designs. The construction squad also include pull string motors for real building power.

We also have the K'Nex Pull Cord Racers The Flywheel Flyer (http://www.kidestore.co.uk/knex-flex-pull-string-racer-flywheel-flier-p-236.html) and the Ripcord Racer (http://www.kidestore.co.uk/knex-flex-pull-string-racer-ripcord-racer-p-237.html) that allow you to build two different cars with a pull string friction motor - great for racing!
