For purchases of two binders in any retail store from April 1 –30, 2006, UniKeep will send the purchaser a clear UniKeep binder by mail.

To receive a rebate, here’s how the program works:

· Purchase any two UniKeep binders from a nearby retailer
· Purchase must be made between 04/01/06 and 04/30/06
· Rebate requests must be postmarked by 05/13/06
· Mail the completed form (available at www.unikeep.com) along with the original UPC codes from the product packages and a copy of the receipt (with the eligible products circled) to: UniKeep, 13311 Industrial Parkway, Marysville, OH 43040

The rebate offer is valid for retail purchases only and is only available by mail. Rebates are not available for orders placed online. To be eligible for the rebate, simply clip the UPC from the binder insert and mail to UniKeep, along with a completed form and copy of receipt, to receive a free clear UniKeep binder.
