Peter Filomena Managing Director of Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. handled the sale of a 6 acre parcel on Military Trail North of 45th Street. Reichel Realty represented the Buyer, Palm Beach R.V. who paid $2,500,000 for the site. Peter Filomena and Bill Reichel teamed up to sell a 51,000 sf industrial building in Riviera Beach, Florida. The property had previously been used as a distribution facility for a furniture retailer. Property sold for $3,350,000.
Jim Tornabene, Associate and Bill Reichel, President handled the sale of 1650 N. Military Trail a 18,500 sf retail center located in West Palm Beach, Florida. Reichel Realty & Investments, Inc. exclusively represented the Seller NCM Leasing Co. who received $3,325,000 for the property.
Mr. Tornabene and Mr. Reichel also handled the sale of a 2.6 acre parcel on Gun Club Road west of Military Trail in West Palm Beach. Reichel Realty & Investments exclusively represented the Seller, Huzi LLC who received $800,000 for the property.
Fred Faulkner, Sr. Associate handled the sale of 1320 Alpha Street an 8,000 sf building in West Palm Beach, Florida. Reichel Realty & Investments exclusively represented the Seller, Alpha Street properties who received $1,100,000 for the property.
Mr. Faulkner also handled the sale of a 17,000 sf lot on Tamarind Avenue and Datura Street in West Palm Beach, Florida. Reichel Realty & Investments exclusively represented the Seller, Simonson - who received $1,000,000 for the land.
Mr. Faulkner also handled the sale of 114 S. Olive in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida. The
11,000 sf historic building sold for $1,250,000 to Mr. George Heaton etal.
Fred also handled the sale of 921 Fern Street a 4 unit complex which sold for $400,000 and 2036 N. Dixie Highway an 11 unit complex which sold for $815,000 in West Palm Beach, Florida. Reichel Realty & Investments exclusively represented the Seller in this transaction.
William B. Reichel, President handled the sale and purchase of 1209 S. Military Trail, a 50,000 sf retail center in West Palm Beach, Fl. Reichel Realty & Investments represented the Buyer, Summit Commons LLC and has been retained to handle the leasing, management, rehabilitation and condo conversation of this project. Summit Commons LLC paid $5,250,000 for the project.
Bill Reichel also handled the sale of the 2030 S. Congress Avenue in Palm Springs, FL. The property sold for 3,120,000 to G-Star School of the Arts. The Seller was Palm Beach County. Reichel Realty represented the Buyer.
