Cotswold Conference Centre is further enhancing its food offering by introducing locally sourced produce onto its menu. Already famed for serving restaurant quality food to delegates at the training centre, they are improving upon this experience by engaging with Wilson Vale Catering Management to support local producers and ensure honesty and flavour in their food. Providing an environment, which is conducive to good thinking, is behind the Cotswold Conference Centre’s ethos. Food is a very important part of the customer experience. In addition, the fabulous natural daylight, which the centre is bathed in, state-of-the-art facilities, welcoming community feel and well-appointed bedrooms all come together to create a fantastic atmosphere for learning.
The award-winning team at Cotswold Conference Centre strives to proactively support local people and the surrounding environment. “We are very pleased to announce that the first new supplier working with Wilson Vale to supply us with our daily bread will be Bidford Bakery based in Bidford on Avon. I am sure there will be many more local partnerships to come”, comments Richard Howdle.
