North Carolina Event Gains Larger Stage - Brookhill Steeplechase Partners with Clear Channel

Raleigh, NC – In preparation for this May’s Brookhill Steeplechase, the Raleigh Jaycees have announced a partnership with media conglomerate Clear Channel Communications. Local affiliates 100.7 The River, G105, Sunny 93.9 and 106.1 RDU will be sponsoring an array of race day areas and will be participating in a comprehensive advertising campaign leading up to the event date of May the 6th.During the past three years attendance, corporate sponsorships and media affiliations with the Brookhill event have been escalating at a rapid rate. Once used exclusively as advertising partners, Clear Channel stations, recognizing these trends, has made the decision to become more active in the pre event publicity and day of event festivities.
Brookhill Marketing Chair, Jill Beck commented that “Having Clear Channel as a media partner speaks volumes to the growth of the event and validates the efforts of the Jaycees and their agents over the last few years”. With the expanded audience reach provided by this relationship the Jaycees are expecting a record crowd of well over 15,000 attendees at this years event.
Corporate tents, rail space and general admission tickets can be purchased at the Brookhill Steeplechase website. General admission tickets can also be purchased at local, participating Harris Teeter stores and will also be available on May 6th at the event site.

The Brookhill Steeplechase is North Carolina’s premiere sporting and entertainment event. Held each year on the first Saturday in May at the Brookhill Farms complex in Clayton, NC, the steeplechase is the areas only National Steeplechase Association (NSA) sanctioned event.
