BCC Software joins Elite Group of USPS Certified NCOALink Full Service Provider Licensees

Rochester, NY — BCC Software, a BÖWE BELL + HOWELL company and a leading developer of high-performance solutions for professional mailers, received certification on April 1, 2006 to offer United States Postal Service® (USPS®) NCOALink™ Full Service Provider (FSP) processing to its customers. BCC expects to offer NCOALink FSP processing beginning Monday, May 1.

With this certification, BCC can provide address-updating services based on the full 48 months of USPS Change of Address (COA) database depth. NCOALink Limited Service Provider (LSP) processing, for which BCC is also certified and will continue to provide, offers 18 months of COA access. These and other BCC Data Services—including the USPS approved list-enhancing resources LACSLink™ and DSF2™/DPV™, plus Suppression services and more—are available to any mailers using Mail Manager 2010 or Mail Manager 2010 LE, BCC’s presorting and list-management products; or the Data Services Manager, a free downloadable application.

Previously, FSP service for BCC was handled by a non-exclusive third-party provider, necessitating next-day turnarounds for BCC customers. By bringing FSP service in-house, BCC will provide the same-day turnarounds enjoyed by LSP processing customers—in by 5pm EST, back the same business day—with no rush charges, and indeed at the same rates as the former FSP offering.
