Toronto designer Chopper Couture has in just the first few months of 2006 gained distributors for 14 European countries and this ladies fashion “fueled with a passion of mixing influences and experiences from the Californian motorcycle culture and haute couture” has since its conception in 1999 as the Arlen Ness Chopper Couture evolved into a sophisticated, edgy street’couture achieving Swarovski licensing approval along the way and now arrived in Japan!
