pokerTVnetwork.com Announces New Owner and CEO

pokerTVnetwork.com (PTN), the world's only online television network dedicated to producing and broadcasting poker programming, announced today that the web site and its assets have been purchased by the site's original founder.

Last August, Eric Rosenberg had sold several web site properties to Poker TV Network, Inc (OTC: PKTV.pk). This past week, Rosenberg purchased back the assets in a cash and stock deal valued at $5.5 million. The transaction gives Rosenberg control and ownership of pokerTVnetwork.com and the various other poker related web sites.

Rosenberg is the original founder of pokerTVnetwork.com and is also host of the network's first original production called "Poker Updates". Effective immediately, Rosenberg will act as the company's new CEO.
