Pheasant Run Resort & Spa Announces New Specialty and Seasonal Packages

Chicago, IL – Family getaways, murder mystery weekends, spring flings, summer splashes, hay and sleigh rides and much more await those who plan their vacations this year at Pheasant Run Resort & Spa (4051 E. Main Street, St Charles, 800-474-3272).

As the Midwest’s largest entertainment resort, Pheasant Run Resort offers 36 holes of championship golf, a Mario Tricoci Spa, two theaters, a Zanies Comedy Club and numerous dining and entertainment options. Spring Fling Packages
March 31 – May 21

Celebrate the end of winter with Pheasant Run Resort & Spa’s Spring Fling package March 31-May 21. Bring your family and go fly a kite in a getaway designed to delight the children and bring out the child in you. Enjoy kite flying, Frisbee contests and other outdoor activities. Bubble toys will be available on Saturdays and supervised activities will be available on the poolside from noon-2pm everyday. The Spring Fling package also includes 2 tickets for Craft Corner from 10 am-4 p.m. on Saturdays, 2 kites per room (additional kites $5), a $25 voucher for breakfast or picnic lunch in the Terrace Café for 2 adults and 2 children, and 1 Pheasant Run fleece picnic blanket. Easter
April 14 - 16

Hop on over with your entire family the weekend of April 14-16 for a special Easter getaway. This package includes 2 tickets for an Egg Hunt and Cottontail Parade, one at 11 a.m. and another at 4 p.m., on Saturday, April 15. Additional tickets can be purchased for only $10 each. The weekend then continues with a lavish Sunday Brunch and a chance to meet the Easter bunny. A petting zoo and crafts are also included to make this Easter holiday unforgettable. Summer Splash
May 26 – September 3
Special Extended Holiday Splashes on Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day Weekends

Family fun with barbeques, extreme poolside contests, music, games, prizes, moonlight movies and more. Create a splash with Pheasant Run Resort & Spa’s Summer Splash package, available May 26-September 3. On Saturday, enjoy a pool party on the poolside patio with a DJ from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. (No pool party June 17 and 24.) and cool off with 2 tickets for the Craft Corner from 10 am-4 p.m. Then, when dusk sets on Friday and Saturday nights, the poolside patio becomes an outdoor theater with moonlight movies for the whole family. Murder Mystery
June 3, August 26 and November 11

Planning the perfect getaway can really be murder. Literally – when that getaway is a Murder Mystery package at Pheasant Run Resort June 3, August 26 and November 11. This killer package begins innocently enough with 2 tickets for dinner from 6:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m., but murder and mayhem soon ensue when professional actors mix undetected with hotel guests. This killer package starts from $239 with additional tickets to the show available for $69 per ticket and brunch available as an add-on for $60 per couple.




Spooktacular
September 22-October 29

Enjoy the changing of the seasons and celebrate the month of Halloween with your family with the Spooktacular package at Pheasant Run Resort & Spa, available September 22-October 29. Friday and Saturday nights begin with a bonfire and storyteller or a hayride across the beautiful grounds of the resort to watch the trees change colors with your family. The Spooktacular package also includes: 40 tickets to Sonny Acres, 4 hayride tickets, 1 scarecrow building ticket, 2 crafts per room, and a $25 voucher for breakfast in the Terrace Café. S’mores-N-More
September 8-December 17

Warm up on fall and winter nights with your family at Pheasant Run Resort and Spa with their popular S’mores-N-More package from September 8-December 17. The S’mores-N-More package will give you and your family the opportunity to enjoy a bonfire with 4 S’mores kits and hot chocolates as well as live entertainment every Friday and Saturday evening at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. respectively. Friday nights will feature a story teller and Saturday evenings will feature a cowboy singer.
