San Diego City Council approves “Stella” development in 5 Points District

Stella is the first of several residential developments by the Constellation Property Group to be approved since it first broke into the U.S. market last year.
Stella, which will be built on Hancock Street in the prime 5 points district - the city’s former warehouse district – is at the heart of a metropolitan revival and redevelopment.
Eugene Marchese, President of the Constellation Property Group says of the approval. “This development marks a significant milestone for us. Stella is the first ultra modern development we introduced to San Diego; we saw an opportunity to be a catalyst for the redevelopment of the 5-points district in downtown. This is the first step to making it happen.”
