Sheppard Kellam Ames III Joins Local Commercial Real Estate Firm

RALEIGH, N.C. - Billie Redmond, President of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced that Sheppard Kellam Ames III has joined the firm’s Commercial Brokerage Division. Ames will focus on corporate and institutional grade investments and will represent clients throughout the U.S.

A sales executive with a 14-year career in technology and business management, Ames’ most recent position was director of Sales at Manugistics Group, Inc., a consulting and software firm specializing in supply chain management and capital asset optimization. During his tenure, he produced over $70 million in revenue in the high technology, life sciences and retail industries.
