Willie Mays Skybox Lounge will hit a Homerun with their Private Grand Opening Line-up.

Emeryville, Ca. Batter Up! Willie Mays Skybox Lounge, baseball legend Willie Mays’ first branded venue, opens its doors on Saturday, April 1st for a private gala and tribute to Willie Mays. 2004 Ford C. Frick award winner and Bay Area Broadcast legend, Lon Simmons will MC this event for his longtime friend Mays. Invited guests will enjoy a relaxing program of entertainment including; Dwayne Wiggins of Tony Toni Tone, The Khalil Shaheed Quartet, and Motown ‘inspired’ band Best Intentions. Willie Mays Skybox Gala menu will be carefully selected by acclaimed chef, Edward K. Porter.
