AEROTRANSPORT DATA BANK ANNOUNCES NEW SEARCH FACILITY FOR AVIATION PROFESSIONALS
Paris, March 27th, 2006 - AeroTransport Data Bank today announces the release of QueryEvents, a powerful new search tool for tracing air transport events.
The new tool helps to find all major events specific to an airline, a leasing company, an aircraft type or an individual airframe. It is available online from the ATDB server at www.aerotransport.org
QueryEvents combines the deep search facility of ATDB database engines with ATDB events alerters which are sent daily to aviation professionals.
With as little input as a part of a company name, ATDB QueryEvents like other ATDB applications perform as many as 6 levels of searches and return all details on an aviation company (including contact information), its current, past and planned fleets or assets portfolio, and individual aircraft status and detailed history.
"Our data coverage is really worldwide, across all aircraft types; each transaction on each transport aircraft since 1930 is stored in our database" said Sylvie Dalbera, Senior V P Marketing at ATDB. "Unlike traditional vendors, our databases are refreshed several times a day, every day".
This state-of-the-art search application is expected to find wide use in the aviatio asset management industry where QueryEvents and other ATDB services eliminate hours of manual efforts with a single mouse clicks. "Our tools have a number of features designed to make the services both powerful and user friendly. It can even be used to find a long lost airframe, identify an aircraft at a remote location, obtain ownership details or list potential assets available for purchase or lease".
AeroTransport Data Bank is a leading provider of search services for aviation information not accessible through traditional vendors. Based in Paris, ATDB facilitates B2B between aviation professionals since 1997.
