PC Laptops Opens Three New Stores in Utah as Part of its Expansion Along the Wasatch Front

SOUTH JORDAN, Utah - March 27, 2006 - PC Laptops today announced the opening of three new stores in Utah in Layton, Murray and Salt Lake City as part of its recently announced expansion plans. The expansion is aimed at providing PC Laptops’ superior products and service to more customers throughout Utah.

Specifically, PC Laptops has opened a store at 2984 North Hill Field Road in Layton, the former location of the Totally Awesome Computers (TAC) store. PC Laptops has also opened a new store in Salt Lake City, at 745 South State Street and has moved its Murray store to the former TAC location just down the street at 5324 South State Street.

“We appreciate all the community support we’ve received as we’ve worked to open these new stores,” said Dan “The Laptop Man” Young, president and founder of PC Laptops. “Besides our new locations in Salt Lake County, this is our first expansion into Davis County, and we’re really happy to be in Layton and to bring our high level of service and great computers to more customers.”

In connection with the opening of its three new stores, PC Laptops will hold a drawing to give away one of its new Nano desktop computers. Those interested can come into any PC Laptops location during the month of March and register for their chance to win. The drawing for the desktop computer will be held Monday, April 3, and the winner will be notified of when to pick up their free Nano desktop computer. PC Laptops stores in Orem and Riverdale are also undergoing expansion and remodeling in connection with the company’s expansion into the desktop computer marketplace. No changes are scheduled or planned for PC Laptops’ other stores in Sandy, Salt Lake City, West Jordan or the company’s new store in Henderson, Nevada.
