The Asterisk Blog will be hosting free classes teaching the basics of the open source PBX, Asterisk, in South Carolina

The Asterisk Blog's creator, Chris Ramsey, will be hosting free classes for learning the basics of the open source PBX, Asterisk. The classes will be held in Anderson, South Carolina. No dates have been mentioned as of yet.

Chris will cover topics ranging from installing Linux, to using a dialplan, and up to using Asterisk in your home. This is a basic course, so no advanced material will be taught. However it will be a reat refresher for those who already know Asterisk but want to keep up with what's going on.

Bring your laptops, and take some notes. Class is in!
