Attorney Hvozdovic Named Partner at Martin Kane Kuper in New Jersey

(North Brunswick, NJ) — Martin Kane Kuper, a leading New Jersey litigation firm, is pleased to announce that Bernard P. Hvozdovic, Jr. is now a partner in the firm. Associated with the firm since 1993, Mr. Hvozdovic concentrates his practice in the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice, as well as defense of police officers and public entities.

Mr. Hvozdovic graduated from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He pursued a career in the financial services industry with Merrill Lynch prior to attending Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware where he received his Juris Doctor degree.

Mr. Hvozdovic was sworn in by Chief Justice William Rehnquist to the Supreme Court of the United States Bar. Additionally, he is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

He is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar, Middlesex County Trial Lawyers, New Brunswick Bar, and Association of Trial Lawyers of America - New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Hvozdovic is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Mr. Hvozdovic is a member of Trial Lawyers Care Inc., a non-profit program that provides free legal services to victims eligible for compensation under the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund. He is also a volunteer for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, New Jersey’s Advanced Medical Directives Pro Bono Program.

Locally, Mr. Hvozdovic serves as Conflict Counsel and Open Space Counsel for South Brunswick Township. He is a long-standing member of the South Brunswick Township Recreation/Community Affairs Advisory Board and was elected a County Committeeman. He resides with his family in South Brunswick.
