St. Onge Co. Names New Top Officers: Company Founders Set Retirement Date

York, Pa. – The St. Onge Co., an internationally-known supply chain logistics engineering company, today announced that Michael Jones, 36, has been appointed president, and Lloyd Morgan, 44, assumes the newly-created role of Global Executive Vice President.
For the past twelve years, Jones, a partner of the St. Onge Co., has been responsible for the company’s Strategic Logistics Services practice. His responsibilities included supply chain strategy development, account management and project facilitation. He joined St. Onge Co. in 1994.

Since 1999, Morgan, a partner of the St. Onge Co., has been responsible for developing major warehousing and distribution accounts for dozens of Fortune 1,000 companies. He joined St. Onge Co. in 1988.

“Both Mike and Lloyd embody the passion, energy and vision of the St. Onge Co.,” said Arthur St. Onge, founder and former president. “I am proud of their accomplishments and look forward to supporting this dynamic team and our clients worldwide over the next two years.”

The company also announced that Jan. 1, 2008, is the retirement date for the company’s three founders: Jim Armstrong, John Faulkner and Arthur St. Onge.

“Anticipating our eventual retirement, we sought a smooth transition with the best talent,” said Arthur St. Onge.
