WEBIFY SOLUTIONS’ ANCHORS ITS PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT CENTER IN MUMBAI

Mumbai, March 11, 2006: Webify Solutions Inc, a leading provider of service oriented business applications (SOBA) framework and solutions suite, today announced its new development center in India at Mumbai. The Indian center would own complete responsibility for the Open Source version of Webify’s entire offering besides playing a strategic role in Webify’s overall product development efforts. The company has since invested US$5 million and has outlined further investment of over US$5 million by 2007.

The center in Mumbai will support product development and customer service with a special unit dedicated to the open source version of Webify’s entire product line. The state-of-the-art center at MIDC-Andheri recently inaugurated is already full, a clear indicator of the company’s aggressive growth plans.
