STRANDED AND NO WATER? Ancient technique to possibly save your life.

Cynthia Long, fifth generation Californian, took great interest during and after the New Orleans tragedy and still questioning, why there’s been virtually no press on vital survival techniques, nationally as well as in California? "There’s very little awareness or concern about the basic’s of survival techniques. I'm in wonder, if anyone learned anything new from the earth shattering changes that have occurred in our nation and abroad in the last year? California, a state lavished with material riches, with a great number of people more interested in reality T.V; their latest widget or just too pre-occupied with their busy lives, choose not to be bothered. I suppose, many believe, California's infallible. It’s no secret; California's close to experiencing another earth quake. Will we then look at the busyness differently, when material possessions are in one big heap?"Cynthia Long developed and e-mailed a survey to many friends and acquaintances, asking vital questions to help people prepare for the next California shake-up. " A small portion responded and filled it out. The rest didn't read the questionnaire. I placed important info at the bottom of the e-mail on purpose, to prompt individuals to ask for key information—-how to survive without water? It was sort of amusing. I had one woman e-mail me and say—"Wonderful to hear from you. Keep up the good work." Okkkk and…Do you want to know how to survive without water, Ms X. living on the Hayward Faultline? The Faultline seismologists are closely watching, which could be the one to burst? Or, Mr.. Z , living on the beach in Malibu, have you researched how the California coastline is sinking and various areas are just a tad above sea level? Have you listened to what some ancients are feeling about a possible Tsunami? You know, the ancients who have lived on this land for eons and know the earth and it's cycles? Very few are paying attention! I really feel people just don't believe anything substantial could happen in California."
Cynthia also wonders, will it take another wake-up call for more people to listen and prepare? "In Nov, when I wrote the article, "How To Survive Without Water," I thought there would be lots of media curiosity, but I feel, interest in this area, may develop when 2006 is saturated with incredible earth changes. Many now focused on the latest star pregnancies, break-ups and reality shows. If they spend a portion of the time dedicated to researching the information available and not just the surface stuff that may possibly be in the big heap and won’t matter, perhaps it could save their or loved one’s life.
