TEAM Management Provides Staff with Professional Training

TRS Trainer/Resource Specialist Lead Irina recently returned from the Florida head office after three-weeks of training.Irina received intensive training in her professional area from TRS Vice President of Operations, Lori Shenefield. Consequently, the level of skills and knowledge Irina was able to acquire was as high as possible.
Irina was recently promoted from the position of Recruiting Team Lead to that of Trainer/Resource Specialist Lead. Her new responsibilities mean that now not only is she responsible for the recruitment process—a process which is itself new to Ukraine—but also for training new recruiters at TRS. This obviously requires a deep and thorough understanding of all TEAM recruiting processes.
“Now I know what and how to teach our new recruiters. There are no universities here that can teach you ‘to be a recruiter.’ And at the same time, recruiters need a lot of knowledge, a lot of special skills,” says Irina. “So I am going to do my best to share all I know and can with my junior colleagues.”
Besides the training, Irina participated in meetings with current TRS customers. Based on her comments, she now knows more about the requirements and standards of the companies who use TRS services. This will no doubt contribute to the successful cooperation of TRS employees and current customers, as well as help our recruiters gain new clients.
